1. Who we are
gialearn.com and the G-Learn courses are operated by Gerald Guildhary, sole trader, trading as GiALearn, Lot 3A, Avenue Prairie Rose, Morcellement Splendid View, Albion, Mauritius ("G-Learn", "we"). Contact: hello@gialearn.com. By placing an order you enter into a contract with G-Learn for the course you buy.
2. Our reseller: Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through the checkout on gialearn.com: Paddle processes the payment, issues the invoice, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT and handles payment-related customer service and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. A few products (marked as such on their page) are sold through Payhip, which then acts as reseller for those orders.
3. Products
G-Learn sells downloadable career training courses in PDF format: the Full Guide (13 pages), the 3-Level Path (13 five-minute lessons over Beginner, Intermediate and Expert levels, with quizzes and certificates of completion) and the Complete Pack (path + guide, in every available language). The content, language and number of files of each option are described on the product page before purchase.
The courses are educational content. G-Learn certificates confirm that a path was completed; they are not a degree, an official certification or a professional licence, and they do not replace any training required by law to practise a regulated trade.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are set and charged in euros. Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates for information only, based on a daily exchange rate; your bank or card issuer sets the final rate. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated by Paddle according to your location and shown before you pay. Payment is due in full at the time of the order, by card, PayPal or any other method offered at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
5. Delivery
As soon as the payment is confirmed, you receive an email with a personal download link valid for 30 days (for purchases made through Payhip, the link is sent by Payhip and allows a limited number of downloads). If the email has not arrived within an hour (check your spam folder), write to hello@gialearn.com and we will send it again free of charge.
6. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, as described in our refund policy.
7. Licence and acceptable use
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, print and keep the files for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish, upload or distribute the files, or use them to train other people. Use in a company, school or group training requires a multi-user licence, available on request. We may refuse service or cancel download links in case of fraud, chargeback abuse or breach of this licence.
8. Intellectual property
All texts, visuals, layouts, quizzes and trademarks of G-Learn are protected by copyright and trademark law and remain our property. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
9. No guarantee of results; liability
We take great care over the accuracy of our content, which is based on dated sources. Trades, standards and regulations change: the courses are provided for information and educational purposes, without any guarantee of employment, income or results. You remain responsible for complying with the safety rules and laws of your country. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the day of your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country of establishment. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
