14-day money-back guarantee
If a course is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. You do not need to return anything.
How to ask for a refund
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email address used at checkout, then choose “Request refund”; or
- reply to your order email, or write to hello@gialearn.com, with your order number.
Refunds are made by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
After 14 days
After 14 days we may still refund a purchase in case of a technical problem we cannot fix (for example a file that cannot be downloaded or opened). Just write to us.
Fair use
The guarantee applies once per course and per customer. In case of obvious abuse (repeated purchases and refunds), we may refuse further orders. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
